WE CAN STILL HAVE SOME FUN MEETINGS IN THE AGE OF COVID

An alternative for in-person meetings for the COVID-19 age.

We are trying to maintain a decent quality of life during this time of COVID.  That's why we came up with Drive-in Meetings.  Here's how it works (we couldn't resist the 50's jargon below).

  • Make the scene with COLONEL C DRIVE-IN MEETINGS
  • Safety #1 Priority - Nothing to touch but still nifty
  • Retro Fun #2 Priority - It's the Bee’s knees
  • We set up our gear in the spot designated.
  • Visual gear consists of SCREEN, PROJECTOR.
  • Audio gear consists of MICROPHONE ON STAND, SPEAKER, FM TRANSMITTER.
  • Whaaaat? FM Transmitter? Yep, we can broadcast up to 200 feet on any FM frequency not in use. Attendees can dial in the sound on their car radios! Cool.
  • Everyone can be in their own wheels or partitioned within physically spaced areas on parking lot/lawn.
  • Guests can also eyeball and enjoy a short flick (your presentation).
  • We can provide a hip emcee that also spins some sounds (our DJ).
  • Your attendees will dig it.
  • Have a blast from the past your cool cats will always remember!
  • Colonel C does meetings right. You'll be made in the shade.

Hopefully you get the picture.  This is a way for your office or team to meet safely and have some fun.

Presenters can communicate to the attendees with our public address system and/or our FM transmitter.  Guests can safely be in their vehicles while listening to the presentations on their car radio.

Since this is outdoors, we can only operate the service with favorable weather conditions.  We can provide this service in the daylight, but any images shown on the projection screen would be difficult to see.  After sunset would be optimal if using the projector and screen.

Colonel C Drive-in Meetings is optimal for smaller team meetings up to about 20 vehicles.  If a larger venue is required, please let us know so we may calculate capacity needs for sight and sound.
