Safety and Coronavirus

Coronavirus (COVID-19) prevention and precautions: The safety of our clients, guests and team members are always top priority.  In this new age of pandemic, we are following all government and Centers for Disease Control guidelines to ensure the health and wellbeing of everyone.  All members of our team are vaccinated.

Ultimately policy is set by each local venue... it's their house, their rules.  We work with our venue partners to assure quality control and exceptional guest experiences.  We also have the ability to video conference and provide event streaming solutions.

Media formats and delivery

A.

Some of our services involve digital media such as audio and/or video recordings and photographic images.  Client product will be edited digitally to perfection.

Our default methods are listed here, but we can usually accommodate any special need or request.

Delivery is digital download unless otherwise agreed upon.  We also receive product digitally.  This process is safe, green and efficient.  Digital media content will be available for download according to the terms of the agreement.

Flash drive (i.e. USB Type A) delivery may be available by special request.  We no longer convert to legacy media formats such as any type of cassette or disc (i.e. CD, DVD, Blu-ray).  Many of today's newer computers, televisions and even automobiles often have a USB port to directly play digital media.

  • Audio sample rate: 44,100 Hz (CD quality)

VIDEO DEFAULT - Final Product

  • Video format: MPEG-4 codec (H264, AAC)
  • Video details:  Full HD (1920x1080), NTSC, 30.00 fps, Progressive
  • Audio details:  48 kHz, Stereo

PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES - Final Product

  • File type: JPG JPEG codec (*.jpg, *.jif, *.jpe, *.jpeg)
  • Encoding: Standard
  • NOTE:  Our photographers typically shoot to the RAW format.  This gives us much more flexibility during the editing progress before converting to JPG.

Where do you work and will you travel?

We are based in central Florida.  The nature of our business is coming to you!  We will travel anywhere throughout the State of Florida to serve you.  Special accommodations may be made for us to travel anywhere in the United States or the world.  Of course, any consultations or services that can be provided online are always welcome.  Visit our contact page for details.

What are your rates?

Most of our services are unique to the individual client.  After finding out the 'what, when, where & hows' of our client needs can we respond with a complimentary quote with no further obligation.

At the present time, we have drastically lowered our service rates to adjust to the market needs due to the COVID-19 crisis.  For any work performed in 2020, we are giving special discounts to help our clients and jumpstart our local economy.  Inquire on our contact page and/or submit a request for proposal (RFP).

Do you have work available (help wanted)?

With the current COVID-19 pandemic, we do not have the need for 'help wanted' at the moment.  We work on a job to job basis (freelance).  If you wish to join the team for perhaps future projects and assignments, send an email to team@ thisURL which will automatically add you to our list and direct you to our team resources page.  Hint: This is your cover letter and first impressions count.
